Captain Sam Nigro

For Centuries Cape Ann has been "home" to some of America's greatest artists due to its breathtaking landscapes, sense of tradition and colorful/storied past.  The people and places that make up this incredible "island" are dear to Captain Sam's heart and his twilight years have been focused on presenting local businesses and institutions with his painted oars.  Gifts which he hopes will help prolong and preserve the ever present sense of pride and appreciation for all things Gloucester.
